About Allie Fals, MS, LCMHCA
Hi, I’m Allie (She/Her)
I’m a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate (LCMHCA) who works with women who have ongoing challenges with depression and anxiety. My goal is to help you stop dwelling on negative thoughts and start helping you get back to living life.
I help women who struggle with anxiety and depression because I struggle too. As a survivor of emotional abuse, I’ve grappled with the pain of the past. I know what it’s like to feel stuck, overwhelmed, and unsure of how to move forward. Therapy turned my life around, giving me a sense of peace and direction.
My life experiences are what have led me to become the counselor I am today.
My Journey To Becoming A Counselor
I’m no different from the clients I see. Like everyone else, I’m human. I’ve experienced both wonderful and difficult moments that have shaped who I am and how I help others.
I work with women struggling with anxiety and depression because I’ve been there too. As a survivor of emotional abuse, I understand the weight of the past and the struggle to move forward. I know what it’s like to feel stuck, overwhelmed, and uncertain. Therapy changed my life, giving me peace and direction when I needed it most.
These life experiences are what have shaped me into the counselor I am today.
