I take a warm, trauma‑informed approach, and I focus on supporting women who are working through anxiety, complex trauma, emotional abuse, and struggles with self‑worth. When we work together, it’s not about “fixing” you — it’s about helping you reconnect with your voice, your needs, and who you are. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and genuinely supported as you grow.

I like to keep pricing simple and transparent. Individual therapy is $150 for the intake session and $125 for each 55‑minute session after that. I don’t offer couples or family therapy at this time.
I’m currently in‑network with Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Behavioral Health, Aetna, and Cigna. If you’re with another insurance provider, you may still have out‑of‑network benefits, so it’s worth checking with your plan to see what they cover.
