Hi, I’m Allie (she/her)

I am a warm, approachable counselor dedicated to helping you create a life that feels meaningful, grounded, and true to who you are. I specialize in working with women who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or uncertain about their next steps.

I take a trauma-informed, relational approach to support healing from anxiety, complex trauma, emotional abuse, and self-worth struggles. Together, we create a space where you feel safe, understood, and empowered to grow and reconnect with yourself.

If this resonates with you, I invite you to reach out for a free consultation to see whether working together feels like the right fit.

I haven’t always been a counselor. Over the years, I’ve also worked as an English teacher, academic advisor, career coach, and community mental health specialist. Each of those experiences has shaped the way I support clients today, alongside my counseling education and clinical training. At my core, I believe in being authentic and nonjudgmental.

My Approach

Authentic Connection

I believe therapy works best when you feel comfortable showing up exactly as you are. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, supported, and accepted without judgment.

Collaborative Support

You are the expert on your own life. My role is to help you gain insight, develop coping tools, and navigate challenges with support, compassion, and honesty.

Who I Work Best With

I work best with women (including LGBTQIA+ individuals) who are navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, and self-worth struggles. I also enjoy supporting individuals in helping professions, such as healthcare workers and teachers, who often carry high levels of emotional stress and burnout.

Many of my clients are high-achieving, caring individuals who are used to holding it all together for others while quietly struggling themselves.
